Licensing Research Tools |
|
Research tools developed at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill are made broadly available to the research community. Research tools of commercial interest, either for internal commercial use or as a product for resale, are also made available to commercial users through our non-exclusive licensing program. Available research tools include cell lines and transgenic animals for internal use, antibodies and proteins for internal use or for resale, and a variety of unique expression vectors and assay systems. Licensing from UNC is a simple process initiated by coordinating with one of our project managers. Companies wishing to license multiple tools may wish to consider negotiating a master agreement to allow for easier access to new material. Please contact our office if you would like additional information, wish to initiate licensing discussions, or if you are seeking research tools not identified in this document. |
